Privacy

Your lead files are not stored. Uploaded CSVs are processed in memory to grade them and are discarded when the request ends. Results are built in your browser and downloaded directly from it.
Website checks. To flag dead or parked sites, our server makes one ordinary web request to each company domain in your file. No data from your file is sent to those sites.
No AI or third-party processing. Grading uses fixed rules on our server. Your rows are not sent to any AI provider or data vendor.
Email (optional). If you enter your email, we keep it only to send the ListGrader newsletter. Unsubscribe any time, or email us to have it deleted.
Done-for-you requests. If you request a done-for-you grading, we store the details you submit (name, email, company, list details) only to reply to you and handle the job.
Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which may log basic request data (IP address, time) for security, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Your responsibility. Upload only data you are allowed to process under the laws that apply to you (e.g. UK/EU GDPR).
